Cleanroom Modular Wall

Hexakore modular cleanroom wall systems are available in two styles, our non thermal break system for installation into ambient air conditioned spaces and our thermal break system for performance in non air conditioned spaces.

Advantages of Hexakore Techno Build Cleanroom Wall Systems:

  • Designed and Engineered for installations, with complete assembly drawings, shop drawings and installation instructions. Signed and sealed drawings available at additional cost for building department reviews.
  • Fully Powdercoated Frame and Door Components, will resist scratches, impact, cleaning chemicals, and abrasions better than simple anodized aluminum systems. Longer lifecycle, higher value added to your facility.
  • PVC Double Gasketed Doors, Windows, and Panel Inserts, minimize air leakage, pressurization drop, and cross contamination between cleanroom zones. PVC gaskets resistant to fungal or bacteria growth.
  • Fully Interchangeable Panel Inserts, 1/4" tempered safety glass, 1/4" Acrylic, 13/16" .025 Aluminum with EPS or aluminum honeycomb cores. Allows for repositioning of solid, glass, door or pass through device panels of like sizes to accommodate changes in process flow or equipment layouts.
  • Flush One Side or Coved Sill Insert Trim, offers a truly flush interior for lower maintenance, less bioburden or particulate entrapment areas.
  • Continuous Horizontal Ceiling Frames, for minimum gaps when installing cleanroom ceiling systems. No need for unsightly caulking when ceiling system perimeter channels roll over horizontal post systems.
  • 4" to 10" Continuous Horizontal Floor Base Frames, allow for installation of medical grade vinyl or epoxy cleanroom flooring systems with cove base without unsightly gaps when rolling over horizontal post systems.
  • 4" to 10" Wide x 2.525" Thick Hollow Vertical Utility Chases, flush with base and ceiling frame members, accommodates various code compliant electrical, process piping, sanitary plumbing, network and low voltage systems without the need for unsightly surface mounting techniques. Offers a truly flush interior for lower maintenance, less bioburden or particulate entrapment areas.
  • Clear View Floor to Ceiling 1/4" Tempered Safety Glass, or 1/4" acrylic up to 10' high for maximized view of process and operational protocols. Allows for supervision of cleanroom processes and personnel without the need to enter the cleanroom environment.
  • Window Systems up to 120" high without the need for horizontal post interruptions for gallery type views of cleanroom interiors. Offers  uninterrupted views for clients, supervisors, or inspectors.
  • Interior or Exterior Low Level Return Plenums, allow for correct unidirectional air flow patterns and air changes per cleanroom zone.
  • Manufactured to ISO, cGMP, FDA, USP-797 Regulatory Standards, to comply with ISO 14644-4 design and construction of cleanroom facilities.
