Interlok cleanroom pass through devices allow process materials to pass between cleanroom zones whole limiting opportunities for cross contamination, pressure stabilization between zones, and outside particulate intrusion into the cleanroom environment. Additional protection from cross contamination can be accomplished with the addition of a HEPA filtration unit to the pass through device to filter particulate and exhaust back into the primary cleanroom zone or outside the cleanroom environments.
Interlok pass through devices are available in standard sizes or can be sized to accommodate specific trays, product dimensions, or rolling carts that may need to move product between cleanroom zones. Equipped with either mechanical or electromechanical interlocking hardware they remove the human factor from the equation when transferring materials.
