Hexakore Techno Build Cleanroom Systems offer suspended cleanroom ceiling systems from gasketed tee grid type styles from 15/16" up to 2". Panelized ceiling systems can also be suspended to minimize joints and offer a walkable ceiling system solution.
Suspension systems range from 10# wire to 1/4" threaded rod and turnbuckle assemblies for more robust suspension and leveling systems. Lower cost steel systems are usually designated for one time use and must be fully replaced with relocation of the cleanroom where more heavier aluminum systems may be disassembled and reassembled with relocation of the cleanroom.
Cleanroom grade ceiling tiles can be provided in a variety of laminations from non-perforated vinyl on gypsum or mineral board to more exotic materials such as aluminum facings with aluminum honeycomb cores. It is important to combine the cleanroom ceiling tiles with the correct tile hold down clip system to prevent pressurization loss or particulate intrusion into the cleanroom environment.
Cleanroom ceiling systems integrity is one of the main causes behind particulate intrusion or pressurization irregularities when validating and certifying cleanroom performance.
